Our individual needle selection system using high performance SS actuators ensures stable and reliable needle selection on both sides, 3-position (K, T & W） on the cylinder and 2-position （K-W or T-W） with support function on the dial.

Newly developed dial needle selection system

Needle movement on the dial can be reliably regulated by the “needle-jack-connected system” when loops are formed. This enables the production of fabrics which have been difficult to be knitted on electronic jacquard machines using the conventional both-side needle selection system. Therefore, enhanced fabric potential is expected with this machine.

Varieties of “high-tech jacquards” utilizing both-side needle selection system

Reversible jacquards – typical fabrics using both-side needle selection, mesh reversible fabrics using mesh cams*, pile jacquards.

• Having structure patterns, quilt fabrics.
• Having clear and distinct jacquard patterns fully utilizing the “float stitch control” system, etc.
• Mesh cams, parts for pile jacquard and quilt fabrics are optional.

High speed pattern transfer system via LAN (optional
LAN using a high speed pattern transfer system)

• Optional items such as software for pattern transfer (“Knit Server Software” – a Windows XP application based on TCP/IP), a personal computer, a switching hub and LAN cables are required.

Easy pattern data creation by FDS (optional)

Knitting parameters can be automatically made in a short time by loading necessary data after creating a pattern.

Machine information and pattern data can easily be entered and confirmed thanks to the high-luminance and clear color LCD using user-friendly icons.
