Based on V-LEC7BS, the following 4 models having deferent combinations of needle selection system on the cylinder and cam system on the dial are available. The most suited model to your requirements can be selected.
 

• V-LEC7BS：
  3-position on the clylinder/2-race RDS cam system on the dial.
• V-LEC7BSB：
  2-position on the clylinder/2-race RDS cam system on the dial.
• V-LEC7BSC：
  2-position on the clylinder/2-race exchange cam system on the dial.
• V-LEC7BSD：
  3-position on the clylinder/2-race exchange cam system on the dial.
   

Models V-LEC6BSC and 6BSD having 2-race exchange cam system on the dial side are high-productivity and high cost-performance machines.

	High performance SS actuators The “Individual needle selection system” on the cylinder ensures stable and reliable 2-position (K-W) or 3-position (K, T, W) needle selection depending on the machine model.
	Highly productive electronic jacquard machines This series having multi-feeders (72 feeders on 30“ and 84 feeders on 38”) has achieved high productivity on electronic jacquard machines. Models V-LEC7BSC and 7BSD having 2-race exchange cam system on the dial can operate higher speeds and thus further improve productivity.
	Color LCD touch-panel for the operation panel The high-luminance and clear color LCD using user-friendly icons for each function greatly reduces the chance of making mistakes in entering and confirming data
	Equipped with FMC-40 controller having a 12MW memory Large pattern data can be transferred quickly to the controller from a USB flash memory or via LAN using our “KNIT SERVER SOFTWARE”. *“KNIT SERVER SOFTWARE” is a WindowsXP application software using TCP/IP protocol. Optional items such as a personal computer (WindowsXP), a switching hub and LAN cables are required.
	Quick cylinder/dial change Quick cylinder/dial change is possible thanks to the reduced number of parts to be removed and refitted. An optional tool further facilitates cylinder/dial change.
	Ultra fine gauge, 36G, double knit electronic jacquard machines High performance SS-actuators ensure stable 3-position needle selection on 36 gauge machines. The 2-race exchange cam system on the dial used on V-LEC7BSC and 7BSD is suitable for producing quality and ultra-fine gauge fabrics.
	Compatible with OD3 open-width take-up system (optional when ordering) This series can be mounted on our OD3 open-width take-up frame. This is the ultimate solution for the center crease problem on spandex plated fabrics and fabrics using delicate multi-filament yarns.
	Various optional parts A variety of optional parts offer the possibility to knit a wide range of fabrics such as spandex plated fabrics, quilted fabrics, spacer fabrics. Interlock gating for producing plain fabrics is also possible by replacing the parts for the needle selection system with optional parts.
